ELA:EN A SPIRIT AIRLINES FLIGHT ON ITS WAY TO PITTSBURGH IS DELAYED AFTER TWO ISSUES ON THE RUNWAY. PASSENGERS SAY THAT THE NOSE OF THE PLANE WAS IN THE AIR WHEN PILOTS CAME BACK DOWN. A Spirit Airlines flight from Las Vegas to Pittsburgh ended up with a flat tire a short time after rejecting takeoff.According to a statement that Spirit provided to ABC News, the takeoff was rejected out of an abundance of caution due to a potential maintenance issue.Spirit said the plane braked safely but while taxiing back to the gate, it experienced a flat tire.Guests were taken off the plane and given hotel and meal accommodations.A McCarran International Airport Spokesperson said there were 186 people on board. No injuries were reported.
