The priority queues for helpdesk tickets are now labeled urgent, VIP, and regular requests, with VIP requests ranked second. VIP clients will receive first response much sooner.
SOFTSWISS has upgraded their Online Casino Game Aggregator with VIP Support. The platform hosts more than 11,000 online casino games from over 150 leading developers and suppliers. In July, the aggregator reached €232 million in gross gaming revenue.
