Reginald Johnson robbed Treasure Island in July and October 2000 and took $30,000. On his third attempt, in December, he shot at and injured security guards. He later pleaded guilty to robbery and attempted murder charges.

Two masked men robbed the change booth at Mandalay Bay in 2005. They stole an undisclosed amount of money.

In 2017 someone robbed the Bellagio poker room and earlier that year burglars wearing pig masks and tuxedos used sledgehammers to break into a jewelry store at the resort. In 2014 a man tried robbing the bellagios by swiping casino chips off tables. Michael Belton and another man sprayed a blackjack dealer with pepper spray and grabbed $115,000 worth of chips.
