Scots EuroMillions jackpot winner claims £1.8m National Lottery prize
It's been confirmed that the lucky ticket holder, from West Lothian, had come forward to collect the huge winnings.
It comes after lottery bosses launched a desperate search to find the mystery individual before the cash was given away following the December 11 draw.
Camelot's Andy Carter said: "What an amazing Christmas gift for a lucky ticket-holder who has claimed their prize.
"We will now focus on supporting the ticket-holder through the process."
The winning ticket matched with the five main numbers and one lucky star - and was worth exactly £1,886,380.
The money would have been spread to lottery-related charities and projects next June if it had not been claimed at all.
The jackpot was picked up by a French ticket holder who successfully matched the five numbers and both lucky stars.
Despite current lockdown restrictions in Scotland, punters can still pick up lottery tickets in retail outlets.
You can also play online, or via the National Lottery app if you prefer.
