Rockford's temporary casino to open Wednesday morning

ROCKOFRD (WREX) — "Jackpot!" That's what people in Rockford can soon be saying as we know now when the temporary casino will be opening.
Hard Rock announced the grand opening of the "Rockford Casino: A Hard Rock Opening Act" will be Wednesday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m.
The new casino will feature two unique restaurants, a pop-up retail shop, and over 8,500 square feet of gaming space offering 635 slots and Interblock Electronic Table Games.

The casino, which is located at the former Giovanni's restaurant on N. Bell School Rd., will be open 24/7.
