Resorts World Las Vegas Fireworks Its Way into Strip's Casino Scene
The $4.3 billion resort opened its doors to its first guests at 11pm on Thursday. It is the first new hotel and casino resort built on the Las Vegas Strip from the ground up in more than a decade. The property occupies the site of the former Stardust, which was the largest hotel on Las Las Vegas Strip in 1958.
As part of Resorts World’s partnership with hospitality giant Hilton, guests can stay at Las Vegas Hilton. Conrad Las Las has 1,496 contemporary guest rooms and suites, and Crockfords Las Vites is 236-room ultra-luxury. Resort World features a 117,000-square-foot casino, a 5.5-acre pool complex with the largest pool deck in the city, 27,00-sq-ft spa, more than 40 food and beverage facilities, plus exclusive offerings not available anywhere on the Strip.
Genting has opened a new resort on the Las Vegas Strip. The complex has a concert and entertainment venue with capacity for 5,000 people and a night club with a capacity of 1,500 people. Miley Cyrus will perform at the grand opening celebration at Ayu Dayclub on July 4th. The resort's star-studded resident line-ups include Celine Dion, Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Carrie Underwood.
