PointsBet has introduced live gaming options for customers that live in or visit the state of Michigan.

The iGaming platform was launched via a partnership with Evolution and includes live dealer games such as blackjack, European roulette, auto roulette and baccarat.

Supplier Evolution provides live dealer games with streams broadcasted from studios situated within state jurisdictions.

The introduction of live online gaming represents an "important addition" to PointsBet’s proprietary wagering product suite.

Aaron O’Sullivan, Pointsbet’s VP of Online Casino Revenue, said: “Online casino products have seen rapid growth in the US and the team at PointsBet is responsive to our users, and eager to bring our customers the experience and games they are looking for. We are helping our users Live Your Bet Life with the feel of an authentic casino delivered on a user-friendly and approachable platform.”

Manjit Gombra Singh, PointsBet President of Product and Technology, added: “Since the launch of our iGaming platform, we have been working to diversify and expand the casino content we offer to players.

"Our live gaming options in Michigan offer top-tier choices for our players and will serve as a template, as iGaming expands in other jurisdictions in the US and Canada.”

In addition to Michigan, PointsBet currently operates in Canada, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, New Jersey and West Virginia. The company was recently awarded a sports betting licence in Virginia and is expecting approval to operate in Maryland and New York.
