Playgon Games Inc signs software license and distribution agreement with iGaming supplier Markor Technology

Playgon Games (TSX-V:DEAL, OTCQB:PLGNF) Inc has announced that it has signed a software license and distribution agreement with leading iGaming supplier Markor Technology that will allow the company to deliver its mobile live dealer technology to more clients.
Under the agreement, the company said Markor Technology will add and market Playgon’s proprietary mobile-first live dealer and E-table offerings under the Vegas Lounge brand to its content library for availability and distribution to Markor Technology’s global client base.
The three-year agreement has license fees based on commercial revenue sharing rates.
Integration work is already complete and client testing and on-boarding will start immediately, Playgon said.
Playgon CEO Darcy Krogh said the company was delighted to team up with Markor Technology.
“They are an experienced team with significant client reach and have already secured a few key customer accounts through their network and look forward to many more in the future,” Krogh said.
