Pennsylvania's gambling market has seen a record increase in gross gaming revenue in October.
October's gaming revenue in Pennsylvania reached $425.9 million. This is the fourth month in a row that the state has seen a growth of 34%. Leading casinos in October were Parx and Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course. Rivers Casino Philadephia and Wind Creek Bethlehem earned $46.2 million and $42.8 million respectively.
Pennsylvania's online gambling market is booming despite the recent pandemic. October's gambling revenues were $70.7 million. Online slots earned $32.2 million, sports betting $23.5 million and fantasy sports $3. 7 million monthly. Video gambling terminals earned $ 3.3 million month. Governor Tom Wolf has no plans to restrict businesses.
