Oktoberfest Returns to Casino Fandango

CARSON CITY, NV—Get ready for more beer, brats, and oompah bands! Casino Fandango’s popular Oktoberfest returns after a one-year hiatus. The 7th annual event will be held on October 2 and 3, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is free. Attendees must be 21+.
“We know there’s pent-up demand in our community for events that give people the opportunity for great food, fun, and entertainment in a safe outdoor environment,” said Casino Fandango President and General Manager Court Cardinal. “We’re excited to bring back Oktoberfest and encourage folks to come on down.”
The Casino Fandango beer garden will be serving up multiple Bavarian-style craft beers. The food menu items include an array of authentic Bavarian foods such as hot pretzels, bratwurst, sauerbraten, and spaetzle, a traditional German dumpling.
Other event highlights include games with prizes, such as pickle toss, stein holding, and Hammer-Schlagen, as well as a craft fair. Live music is planned throughout both days—including lively oompah bands to set the mood.
