A Northampton County resident won $120,000 in an online lottery game recently, according to the Pennsylvania Lottery.

The lottery said in a news release Friday that the resident won by playing the online game Big Top Quest, a connect-style internet instant game and one of four games that contributes to the Cash Quest Jackpot.

The lottery online games are played on a computer, tablet or mobile device. Players must be 18 or older to play.

There have been multiple big lottery winners in the Lehigh Valley this year. A $3 million lottery ticket was sold in Emmaus last month. A winning Match 6 ticket worth $2.75 million was sold in February in Stockertown. A ticket worth $150,000 was sold in March at a store in Wescosville.
