New legislation in Missouri may be introduced at the Missouri House in January 2023. It would crack down on illegal electronic gaming machines at gas stations and corner stores.
New legislation proposed by Rasheen Aldridge targets illegal gambling machines offered at gas stations, bars and corner stores in Missouri. The law would also ban the stores and bars from getting a license for offering gaming machines. According to estimations, there could be about 14,000 such machines in the state of Missouri, and minors can play them.
