Wynn is planning to build a casino resort in Dubai. Caesars has a property in the UAE, but it does not offer gambling. The new resort will be built on Al Marjan Island, 15 minutes from the Ras Al Khaimah International Airport and 45 minutes away from Dubai International. Fontainebleau Las Vegas is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
