I and game data science specialist Future Anthem has launched an “industry-first AI product” to optimize casino game performance and design, announced the company on Wednesday. The product, called Anthem Amplifier, analyzes and predicts player behavior to improve customer experience.

The offering provides an in-depth analysis of all bets and spins players make on casino games. Resulting benefits from its usage include the possibility to design games for specific player behavior; to see how players play the games; to analyze and measure launches; improving online gambling safety for players; benchmark performance across channels and brands; and to identify game popularity and retention across player behavioral clusters.

Operators and studios are enabled by the new solution to analyze player behavior across casino games “on an unrivalled scale,” announces a press release, by employing advanced data science and proprietary machine learning models.

“Our vision is to connect human behavior with data science to build a player-centric universe that is enjoyable and sustainable,” said Leigh Nissim, CEO and Founder of Future Anthem. “Anthem Amplifier does this with tools that allow studios and operators to optimize their game portfolios by processing and intelligently understanding an incredible large volume of data.”

The data interpreted by Anthem Amplifier delivers intelligence, predictions and actions that can then be applied by operators to portfolio decisions, product design and player safety when gambling. It is powered by Anthemetrics AI, “the industry’s first game data science platform,” which analyses billions of spins from millions of player hours across thousands of games.

Future Anthem's platform is built on Azure, Microsoft's cloud ecosystem, continuously executing multiple terabytes worth of data. Earlier this year, the company partnered with Microsoft for an accreditation that sees Future Anthem on-boarded to Microsoft's solution offering.

“Understanding player and game behavior should be at the heart of every successful studio,” said Nik Robinson, CEO of Big Time Gaming, among the first customers of the newly launched product. “Leveraging game data and the AI tools provided by Anthem Amplifier provides us with additional opportunities to continue optimizing our innovative slots, whilst pleasing our customers and players.”

Amplifier’s intuitive portfolio tools are set to deliver self-service interactive dashboards, recipes for game design, and professional services that complement data teams with additional capacity and expertise “to address specific gaming opportunities or challenges.”

“With a great deal of scattered data produced by varied portfolio of games across geographies and channels, it can be challenging to leverage this valuable asset,” said Chris Conroy, CDO, Future Anthem.

By employing Anthem Amplifier, operators and studios can access to “the latest cloud technologies and machine learning techniques” to benefit from game data in order to maximize profit, empowering teams with portfolio management tools and game design techniques.
