Nevada: Station Casinos to debut Wildfire Casino in February
Station Casinos announced on Tuesday that a new Wildfire Casino will open in downtown Las Vegas’ Fremont neighborhood in early February. The new casino will showcase abundant gaming opportunities, an STN Sportsbook, and the eateries IHOP and Tacos El Pastor.

Station Casinos will debut Wildfire Casino in February. The Fremont site will get 200 slot machines, bar-top and electronic table games, 16 televisions around the bar, and more. Station Casino bought the old Castaways location in 2004 and destroyed the motel. It sold a portion of the site to developers who constructed 344 apartments, a micro storage facility, an apartment complex and a structure for the Southern Nevada Health District.
Station Casinos will debut Wildfire Casino in February. Station has owned the property for some time. The business is constructing the Durango Casino & Resort in the southwest valley. It is anticipated to open in fall of 2023.
Durango Casino & Resort is about to be completed. It will have a 200-room hotel tower and an 83,000-square-foot casino.
