LL Lucky Games plans to buy the British gaming studio ReelNRG in a deal worth around $870,000.
LL Lucky Games will buy ReelNRG. Swedish studio will contribute cash and 2.5 million freshly issued shares. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of April at the latest. ReelsNRg was established in 2016 and employs eight developers based in Hyderabad.
