Living Sky Casino makes millionaire with Smoke Signals jackpot
The Living Sky Casino made a millionaire earlier this month, as a Medicine Hat resident hit the Smoke Signals Progressive Jackpot.
J.G. Lundy was announced as the winner last week by the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA), walking away with a cheque for $1,446,001.42.
Swift Current Online reached out for comment on his big win, but Lundy has declined all media interviews.
According to the release from SIGA, Smoke Signals progressive has paid out over $58 million in jackpot wins to date.
“Smoke Signals is a SIGA-wide progressive jackpot that links 51 slot machines at all seven casinos,” the release read. “There are three mystery jackpot tiers that increase over time, with specific starting and ending prize values. The largest mystery jackpot has a minimum value of $1,000,000 and pays out before it hits $2,000,000. Each time a patron plays a Smoke Signals slot machine, any of the jackpots could be triggered.”
