Light & Wonder, formerly Scientific Games Corporation, has acquired Playzido to increase its iGaming capabilities. Light &Wonder posted revenue of $572 million in Q1, up 26% year-on-year.
Light & Wonder has bought Playzido. Play zido's technology will help L&W partner with game studios and operators. Light & Womens debt has been reduced from $8.9 billion to $4 billion. The company also made a profit of $140 million. Light Woms' Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations grew to $202 million in Q1. It grew further to to $322 million when discontinued operations are included. L &W is the go-to partner for game development and distribution globally.
