Miami Nights is officially taking up a permanent residency on the Las Vegas strip.

In an announcement made earlier this week, Fontainebleau Las Vegas said they will officially opens their doors to the public on December 13th, regulatory permits permitting, marking the end of a nearly 23-year long battle to get the Miami, Florida inspired mega resort up and running.

“This building represents a remarkable new chapter in our storied legacy and will be a beacon for those seeking to indulge in the unforgettable,” Fontainebleau Development Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Soffer said in a statement Monday. “With Fontainebleau Las Vegas, we have transcended aspiration and set the stage for a new era of luxury hospitality defined by innovation, sophistication, and opulence, with an inextricable link to our roots at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.”

Now in the final stages of construction, Fontainebleau is the second newly built hotel to open in Las Vegas in the last decade. Spread across 25 acres, the behemoth resort will clock in at 67 stories tall and offer 3,644 guest rooms and suites when it opens this winter.

In addition to it’s imposing stature over the Vegas skyline, the resort will feature more than 150,000 square feet of gaming space, 36 restaurants and bars, a 96,500-square-foot luxury boutique retail district, and 550,000 square feet of meeting and convention space.

Additional amenities are slated to include a 96,500-square-foot luxury boutique retail district located on the first two levels of the resort, a six-acre pool district, and LIV and LIV Beach experiences.

A 14,000-square-foot fitness center and 55,000-square-foot Miami-based Lapis Spa offering 44 treatment rooms, as well as a purifying salt cave, healing infrared sauna and invigorating event sauna will also be a part of the on-site wellness amenities.

Men’s and women’s hydrotherapy lounges, a co-ed sensory room with communal healing water, and 11 luxurious suites offering exclusive spa experiences are also in the works, according to the statement.

Among the 36 restaurant concepts slated to open in December include award-winning chefs and restaurateurs from Chef Gabriela Cámara of Contramar and Michelin-starred chefs Masa Ito and Kevin Kim behind New York City’s sushi counter Ito. Alan Yau, Evan Funke and David Grutman are just a few more of the names on the star-studded celebrity-chef lineup.

“We are thrilled to introduce many of the world-class amenities we are recognized for in Miami alongside our new-to-market offerings at Fontainebleau Las Vegas,” Jeffrey Soffer said. “All of these concepts, infused with the dynamic spirit of the Strip, allow us to create a destination that is the best of all worlds and promises an extraordinary, one-of-a-kind experience for every guest.”
