The holiday season is prime time for finding low room rates in Las Vegas. 21 casinos have rooms going for under $40 this year. Rates are higher during the National Finals Rodeo, which runs through Saturday.
Las Vegas Advisor recommends Circus Circus, OYO and STRAT hotels with low holiday room rates.
Las Vegas hotels offer holiday room rates under $30. Excalibur, Golden Gate and Rio offer the lowest rates.
Under $40 club includes Bally’s, Binion's, Boulder Station, Downtown Grand, El Cortez, Flamingo, Gold Coast, Harrah”s and LINQ.
The following casinos quoted midweek rates of $95 or less: Caesars Palace, Cromwell, Delano, Golden Nugget, Green Valley Ranch, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, Mirage, M Resort, New York-New York, Paris, Park MGM, Planet Hollywood, Resorts World, South Point, Treasure Island, Virgin and Westgate.
The tallest Christmas tree will be the Fremont Street Experience this year.
