Fontainebleau Las Vegas appoints new President and executives
Future luxury resort on the Las Vegas Strip Fontainebleau Las Vegas has announced several new leadership appointments. The resort is scheduled to launch in December 2023.
Mark Tricano has replaced Brett Mufson’s position and has been appointed as the resort’s President. Tricano brings to Fontainebleau Las Vegas his nearly 20 years of experience in the gaming, hotel and financial industries.
His career included both domestic and foreign organisations, such as the Hong Kong-based Galaxy Entertainment Group, Caesars Entertainment, Station Casinos and Jack Entertainment. He most recently worked for the Galaxy Entertainment Group in Macau as SVP of Gaming Development and Optimisation Services, Labour Planning and Hotel Revenue Management.
Tricano said: “It is a tremendous honour to take on the responsibility of leading the Las Vegas team toward a defining moment in Las Vegas history. I look forward to guiding the Fontainebleau Las Vegas team through these final months of construction, our grand opening and beyond.”
Michelle Reda, who has worked in luxury hospitality and casino marketing for Las Vegas casinos for 25 years, has been appointed Chief Casino Marketing Officer.
Reda has over 13 years of experience in the casino sector. Earlier, she worked for Wynn Resorts in a variety of positions, including Vice President of Casino Marketing.
Meanwhile, Kimberly Virtuoso, who joined Fontainebleau Las Vegas in 2022 as Vice President of People, has been promoted to SVP. The resort's human resources strategy is being managed by Virtuoso, who also recently launched the online recruitment platform to hire new employees for Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
