Dream Hotel Group has broken ground for the forthcoming Dream Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. The 531-room flagship property will rise 21 stories above Sin City and is slated for completion in 2024. Crafted by design firm DLR Group, the hotel will be akin to a desert oasis and also embody the brand’s signature sleek and contemporary architectural character.

“The bold design of the Dream Las Vegas represents the unique characteristics of the [Dream Hotel Group] brand to deliver a one-of-a-kind destination for guests exploring the famed Las Vegas Boulevard,” says DLR design leader and principal Brian Murch. “The new hotel is the culmination of our collective design studios and the creative genius of DHG to bring their flagship to reality.”

Guests will be heralded by a dramatic, two-story lobby, initiating a narrative of refined glamour across the interior. While offering a warm, tasteful respite from the verve of the strip, Dream Las Vegas will also house seven nightlife and F&B options, including a nightclub, pooldeck, and lounge spread across the rooftop.

A 20,000-square-foot casino, 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and a wellness center will be featured as well.
