Desert Diamond Casinos is working with ASM Global and the City of Glendale to create a sports and entertainment district in the West Valley.
Desert Diamond has acquired the naming rights for the Glendale arena. The stadium rebrand is just the beginning of a joint venture between Desert Diamond Casino and ASM Global. New headline events have already been scheduled for 2023. Major upgrades to the arena and renovations to DesertDiamond's hotel and resort in West Valley are also planned.
Desert Diamond Casinos and Entertainment is the gaming arm of the Tohono O’odham Nation. It has four properties in Tucson, Sahuarita, Why and one in West Valley in Glendale. The Glendorian property opened last February 19, 2020.
