Coming soon to Red Rock Casino: New places to eat, game and entertain

New restaurants and a new entertainment center are coming to Red Rock Resort in Summerlin. Thai restaurant Lotus of Siam is expected to open there by the end of the year. There will also be an oyster bar, a Greek restaurant, and an adults-only pool.
Lotus of Siam is the third restaurant to be opened inside the Red Rock Casino. It will be run by Bua Food Group owners Penny Chutima and Lou Abin. The restaurant is slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Naxos Taverna will be located next to Lotus of Siam. It will serve traditional and authentic Greek seafood-focused cuisine.
Kallisto Oyster Bar is located at the entrance to Naxos Taverna. It offers fresh seafood options in an intimate 13-seat bar.
Casino Bar is coming to Red Rock Casino. It will be located between Lotus of Siam and Naxos Taverna.
Crimson, the former event space at Red Rock Casino, will be transformed into a cocktail lounge this winter.
The former Crimson pool will become an adults-only pool lounge.
High Limit Room and High Limit Slots are being upgraded into a luxe experience.
Starbucks will open two new locations at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa.
Nielsen's Frozen Custard is expanding from their original Henderson location to Summerlin. The second store will join Red Rock’s food court in early 2023.
