A new dim sum restaurant is coming to the space once occupied by Joyful House Chinese Cuisine. The name of the restaurant will be Palette Tea Lounge. Proper Eats, the global food hall replacing the buffet at Aria, opened in late December. Miznon, specializing in Mediterranean street food, is now open in The Venetian.

Ralph Perrazzo, hot dog king of Las Vegas, launched Frankly by Snap-O-Razzo in the Citizens foodhall in New York City. Ismaele Romano of Ellis Island Casino won first place in both contest categories at the 2022 Global Flavors Culinary Competition presented by the California Milk Board.
