BetMGM has announced a partnership with Casino del Mar at La Concha Resort in Puerto Rico. The resort is located in Condado, San Juan. This is a market access agreement.
BetMGM has partnered with Casino del Mar at La Concha Resort in Puerto Rico. The sports betting company is expanding its services outside the United States. A retail sportsbook will be offered at the resort. The government of Puerto Rican welcomes the partnership. It is expected that the market regulation will come soon. The Caribbean island has various betting markets for gamblers. BetMGM is the latest one to offer sports betting. FanDuel and DraftKings are not available on the island.

One year later, it legalized casino and bingo gambling, and in 1956, wagering at off-track horse racing facilities became legalized. Most of the casinos operate in the San Juan region. The official sports betting bill was signed into law in January 2021.
