Backstageplay Inc. has signed a software license and managed services agreement with Cash Live Entertainment Inc., the operators of the innovative new live poker game show. Backstage play will license its SaaS technology platform and select games to be integrated with certain Cash live game assets. The parties will share revenue generated from these products. Backsterepe will offer these games as part of its social platform to B2C customers looking for live streaming social content. Cash's target audience is initially to the 58 million casual poker player demographics.
