Update, 11 p.m.: The Powerball jackpot for the Monday, July 10, drawing grew to $675 million with a cash value of $340.9 million. Tonight's winning number were 2, 24, 34, 53 and 58. The red Powerball was 13 and the Power Play was 2X.
There was no grand prize winner from Saturday night's Powerball drawing, so the jackpot continues to climb. It is now worth an estimated $650 million with a cash value of $328.3 million, the ninth-largest prize in Powerball history.
The winning numbers from the Saturday, July 8 drawing were 7, 23, 24, 32 and 43. The red Powerball was 18 and the Power Play was 2X.
Although there were no jackpot winners, there were Match 5 $1 million winners in California, Colorado and Illinois. There were no Match 5 + Power Play $2 million winners.
According to CBS, the largest Powerball jackpot in history, worth $2.04 billion, was won in California in November 2022.
There have been two Powerball winners in 2023 so far. A player in Washington won a $754.6 million jackpot in February, and a player in Virginia won a $162.6 million jackpot in March. There have been 34 consecutive drawings since the jackpot was last won.

How to play the Powerball
The Powerball costs $2 per play.
To play, select five numbers from 1 to 69 for the white balls, then select one number from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball.
You can choose your lucky numbers on a play slip or let the lottery terminal randomly pick your numbers.
To win, match one of the 9 Ways to Win:

There's a chance to have your winnings increased two, three, four, five and 10 times through the Power Play for an additional $1 per play. Players can multiply non-jackpot wins up to 10 times when the jackpot is $150 million or less.
All prizes are set cash amounts, except for the Grand Prize. In California, prize payout amounts are pari-mutuel, meaning it's determined by the sales and the number of winners.
