Trainwreck won $8.75M in Twitch slots stream, warns fans about gambling
Tyler "Trainwreck" Niknam, one of the most famous gambling streamers around, hit the jackpot recently, securing an $8.75M jackpot while streaming in Twitch's Slot category. However, he also made sure to warn his viewers on the dangers of gambling.
Trainwreck is no stranger to pulling in the big bucks. If he isn't earning his millions through gambling, he can cash in some pretty hefty paychecks from game studios getting him to play their games for promotion. However, he's proven he's a generous soul by sharing his wealth with others.
While some of his most victorious gambling moments have been captured on screen for the world to see, what Trainwreck's viewers don't always catch a glimpse of is his losses. So, following a recent colossal win, he made sure to warn others on the downside of gambling.
When Did Trainwreck Win $8.75M?
Trainwreck was livestreaming Slots on February 10 when after just six spins, he struck a goldmine and won $8.75 million. The streamer jumped up from his seat, completely blown away by the win. In true victor's fashion, he walked around the room with his arms in the air screaming away with shock.
Following on his win, Trainwreck was clearly in shock, appearing out of breath and repeating how "nuts" it all was. However, his excitement didn't last for long as he quickly moved to remind his viewers of the dangers of gambling.

Trainwreck Warns Viewers Against Gambling
In what has become a tradition in Trainwreck's videos following a big win, he made sure to play a short clip aimed at dissuading others from gambling.
The clip, from one of Trainwreck's previous streams, reveals that, on the whole, the controversial streamer is "losing" and "down millions" of dollars.
The 31-year-old then brought the stream back to the current day and warned: "Please do not be dumb, don't be stupid. The way I gamble, even with the Bitcoin I made, with the money I've made on Twitch, it is not doable or sustainable unless you're a large streamer that can get paid. You will lose every time."
No doubt Trainwreck's $8.75m could help him with his losses. However, as he has made clear to his viewers, gambling is a lucky dip and some days are just luckier than others.
