A brand-new casino has officially opened its doors at the Royalton Antigua, Caribbean Journal has learned.

It’s called Casino Royale, and it’s the sister gaming operation to the famous Casino Royale in St Maarten, a big new addition to Marriott’s Autograph Collection all-inclusive resort on the island.

The 4,305-square-foot casino has more than 80 slot machines; six table games; 10 big-screen TVs featuring international sports; and a bar with classic drinks and Caribbean cocktails.

The casino is open daily from 6PM to 1 AM for adults aged 18 and up; players are required to wear masks and follow COVID protocols.

“Launching Casino Royale in Antigua is an opportunity to showcase our lead in the gaming industry in the Caribbean,” said VP of Casino Operations Sergio Porcasi. “Operating at Royalton enables us to reach an affluent clientele that comprehends the entertainment behind gaming. We are thrilled to feature the best products in the marketplace here in Antigua.”
