Cesars Palace, Las Vegas
This hotel and casino, located on the Las Vegas Boulevard, is known around the world for being one of the most luxurious gaming venues. Since it was founded in 1966, the hotel has progressed a lot – it’s now home to many high-end fashion stores. The shops opened in 1992, keeping up with the luxurious standards of Vegas at the time.
Entertainment has always been at the heart of Caesars Palace. It’s played host to musical acts such as Frank Sinatra and Diana Ross. It’s also been featured in movies such as The Hangover, Iron Man and Dream Girls.
Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas
This venue is called paradise for a reason! Atlantis offers not only a hotel and casino, but Mayan Temple water slides, a Rapid River, Ocean Club 18-hole golf and an Imperial Ballroom/area. We don’t think you’ll get bored easily whilst on Paradise Island!
In addition to this, you can find the marine habitat, which is home to over 50,000 animals alongside the Dolphin Cay, which is a 14-acre rescue for dolphins, sea lions and manta rays. The Blue Project Foundation runs these spaces; and as a non-profit organisation they aim to save species and their habitats throughout the Bahamas and the Caribbean Sea.
The Atlantis casino spans over a seven-acre lagoon, allowing you to gamble whilst on the poolside, with the picturesque ocean views.
Casino de Monte-Carlo
The Monte-Carlo casino is a gambling and entertainment complex based in the heart of Monaco, with a casino, the Opéra de Monte-Carlo, and the office of Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo. The infamous James Bond character is commonly associated with this casino, after the venue was used in a number of films.
This casino has some of the most stunning architecture, and over the years the building has expanded. But, despite all of the later additions and modifications, the casino still has a distinctly Beaux Arts style.
The Hippodrome Casino, London
This venue has had a variation of names over time; the Talk of the Town, the London Hippodrome, the Hippodrome Events Space and Theatre. The Hippodrome Casino was opened on 13 July 2012 by Mayor of London Boris Johnson, who described it as “yet another ringing endorsement of London as a great place to invest”.
The venue, upon opening, included four floors of gaming, including a Gold Room casino with access directly into Chinatown to the rear of the building, Heliot restaurant, six bars, a smoking terrace and The Matcham Room cabaret theatre.
In 2013, it was awarded ‘Best Land-based Casino’, and now the theatre is used to host the show Magic Mike Live London.
