Station Casinos working on 6 future projects in Las Vegas
Station Casinos was founded in 1976 and it plans to double its presence in the Las Vegas valley by 2030. It is currently working on no less than 6 projects that have not yet started.
Station Casinos has been affected by the international coronavirus pandemic. It was forced to close 3 of its casinos between March and June 2020. The Fiesta Henderson, Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station are about to be demolished. Station Casino bought a fifty-acre site at the southwest corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Cactus Avenue for 172.4 million dollars. He is still working on the construction of his $750 million Durango hotel-casino, which is scheduled to open in the fall of 2023.
Station Casinos is planning to develop 6 new projects in Las Vegas. The first one should be completed by the end of the current decade. Station Casino is in the process of applying for the necessary permits to build complexes in Skye Canyon and Inspirada. Summerlin, Northe Las Las Vegas and at the intersection of Flamingo Road and the Beltway are other potential locations.
