Stakelogic Receives B2B License From Ukraine Gambling Regulator

Stakelogic, the Dutch online casino slot game developer has received approval from Ukrainian authorities to enter the online gambling market in the country. The company has received its supplier license from The Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (KRAIL) in Ukraine and will be able to offer its gaming services once the tax legislation has been agreed upon.
Gambling in Ukraine was illegal for over a decade before being relaunched in 2020. The 2285-D bill legalizing gambling in the country passed relatively easily through the Ukrainian legislature. It was then signed into law by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in August 2020.
The proposed gaming regulations make it mandatory for a casino to be located within the premises of a hotel for one to be able to legally offer casino games. The Ukrainian cabinet of ministers approved regulations for giving out gambling suppliers B2B licenses. Ukraine is the second biggest country in Europe after Russia and licensed operators are keen to get up and running as soon as possible.

Stakelogic is one of the first online gambling developers to get approval for B2B supplier license in Ukraine. Oetelaar said that the company has plans to work with the KRAIL and its licensed operators and roll out its impressive gaming portfolio across the country.
