SlotsMillion online casino creates special team for player protection
lobal online casino operator SlotsMillion has expanded its Responsible Gambling strategy with the launch of its new Player Protection team, a joint Anti-Money Laundering and Responsible Gambling functions supported by an alert system.
Through this new division, the company will mitigate the risks related to excessive spend and criminal spend, as the team will coach and train the other operational departments to make sure that Responsible Gambling is integrated into everyday customer interactions.
During 2020-2021, the company split the B2C and B2B entities of the group and conducted a complete rebranding in order to present an entirely new user interface in all its operating markets. SlotsMillion also went live in Sweden, while changing its offering to the UK market. During the year, it continued its rollout of new content by adding more than 1,000 new games.
“The past year has been enormously ambitious and significant for SlotsMillion”, said CEO Charles Gross. “We have redefined our product, revamped our brand and completely rethought the way we operate”.
“It has been one of our most important periods in terms of reshaping our modus operandi, our objectives and paving the way to an entirely new phase marked by innovative projects and the recruitment of new talent to join our team,” he reflected.
After the launch of the Player Protection Team, the company said it looks forward to further Responsible Gambling improvements, as well as the introduction of the new SlotsMillion App.
Gross assured that even though the company has gone through a rebranding process, their core values have “remained intact”.
“To offer a remarkable online casino experience to players marked by the variety and quality of choice and a customer-first approach in everything we do,” he listed. “We are proud to see that the hard work we put into the last year has paved the way for a very promising future”.
