Pragmatic Play to expand live casino operations with launch of new studio in Bulgaria
Leading content provider for the iGaming industry, Pragmatic Play, has announced plans to launch a new live casino studio in Bulgaria.
The new studio is in response to increasing demand from clients as the company continues to expand its global footprint.
Offering Pragmatic Play’s staple live casino products and broadcast using 4k cameras and leading audio technology, the state-of-the-art facility will be based in Sofia, and will see Pragmatic Play hire over 2,000 people to add to its Bulgarian talent pool by the end of 2023. The company already boasts a studio in Bucharest, its first, plus corporate hubs in Serbia and Gibraltar and the recently expanded Malta office.
“We’re delighted to announce the opening of our new Bulgarian location, right in the heart of the capital, Sofia,” said Irina Cornides, Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic Play.
“It is an important step for us as we look to both expand the capacity of our Live Casino operations and intend to work with the fantastic talent in Bulgaria.
“We’re proud of the strides made as a business since our inception, and this marks another exciting chapter for Pragmatic Play.”
Pragmatic Play currently produces up to seven new slot titles a month, while also delivering Live Casino and Bingo games as part of its multi-product portfolio, available through a single API.
