PA Online Casinos Record Fifth Straight $100M Revenue Month in July
PA online casinos brought in more than $100 million in gross revenue for the fifth straight month in July. The state's iGaming gross revenues for July was more that $104.5 million.
PA Online Casinos recorded their fifth straight $100 million revenue month in July. Of the total revenue in the month, $79.1 million came from slot games, $22.9 million from online table games and $2.6 million from poker.
July 2021/22 revenue from all forms of gaming regulated by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is a new record. Land-based casino games continued their recovery from the pandemic. Monthly table games achieved a record for revenue and monthly slot machine revenue placed 4th all-time. Brick-and-mortar casinos' recovery was uneven. Rivers Pittsburgh (102.6%), RiversPhiladelphia (100.5%), Hollywood Casino at Penn National (92.3%), and Valley Forge Casino (86.0%) had the biggest bounce-backs. Harrah’s Philadelphia saw a decrease of 29%, and Mount Airy Casino (-7. 3%), Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin (-4. 5%), were also down.
Sports wagering revenue during July 2021 was more than $19.8 million. Online sports wags accounted for more $17.1 million, which is 144% increase on last July. FanDuel Sportsbook remains the clear leader in handle and revenue.

Penn National’s Hollywood Casino with Hollywood, DraftKings, BetMGM, and Barstool brands is the top online revenue leader in July with $36.8 million. Rivers with the brands SugarHouse,BetRivers, Borgata and Valley Forge came second with nearly $31 million in revenue. Slots accounted for $26.7 million and table games added nearly $7.0 million to the total.
