Berkshire Lane Development Partners said it has closed on Berkshire @ 1Eleven at 4601 South Aspen Ave.
The community will be a garden walk-up style development featuring three buildings offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. It will be the developer’s first multifamily community in the Tulsa area, it said in a news release.
The first move-ins at Berkshire @ 1Eleven are anticipated for the summer of 2025. Average rent will be an estimated $1,900 per month.

Community amenities will consist of a clubhouse/leasing office, outdoor swimming pool, fitness studio and open green spaces.
The community will also feature modern streetscapes and common areas. Home interiors will include stainless steel appliances, wood plank-style flooring, 9-foot ceilings, granite countertops, tile backsplashes, ceiling fans, and in-home washers and dryers, the developer said.
