Penn National Gaming's subsidiary Score Digital Sports Ventures (Canada) Inc. launched theScore Bet mobile sportsbooks and casinos in the province on the same day. The Toronto Blue Jays and the Score Bet announced on 7 an exclusive 10-year partnership. The agreement grants the score the rights to all gaming categories, including sports betting, casino, online casinos and fantasy sports. BetMGM's first international market is Ontario.
Gan Limited and Coolbet launched their online gaming platforms in Ontario. The combined market for iCasinos and online sports betting in Canada is estimated to be over US$2 billion in 2022.
