An online lottery player in central Pa. has won $1.3 million.
The Pennsylvania Lottery said it awarded a prize worth $1,301,286.74 for the online game Jackpot Spectacular, to a player from Lancaster County.
“Jackpot Spectacular is the first-ever connect-style internet instant game to offer shared progressive jackpots in two different states, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Two states contributing to both progressive jackpots with each play allows the jackpots to grow faster and both can be won in either state at any time. Game play features a chance to reveal a multiplier amount up to 50 times, a chance to unlock 10 free games, and a chance to activate a bonus game,” the lottery said.
Online players also can purchase Powerball, Mega Millions, Treasurer Hunt, Cash4Life, Match 6 Lotto and PICK game tickets on the lottery’s website and ap.
To play online, players must create an account on the website and use a payment method such as a debit or credit card or a bank account. Players must be at least 18 years old and must provide proof of age and identity.
