New Canteen Food Hall now open inside the Rio Hotel & Casino
Las Vegas (KSNV) — Some new food options have made their debut inside the Rio Hotel & Casino.
The Canteen Food Hall officially opened its door at the resort on Friday, giving guests an electric array of choices to dine from.
“Today signifies a major achievement in the revitalization of Rio Las Vegas,” announced Trevor Scherrer, the President and CEO of Rio.
“We are excited to unveil the inaugural addition to a series of new restaurants and beverage options at this iconic Las Vegas resort. The launch of the Canteen Food Hall reflects the dedication and innovation of our restaurant partners and the Rio team. We eagerly anticipate welcoming both locals and visitors to experience these unique offerings.”
The lineup includes:
- Tony Luke's- South Philadelphia cheesesteaks
- Nama Nama- original Japanese street food experience
- Attaboy Burger- Chef Alex Resnick’s first-to-market burger establishment
- Shogun Ramen- Creations by Ramen Master Fu
- Southland Burrito Co.- Sonoran-style burrito concept by James Beard
- Tender Crush- an exclusive chicken tender venture by Chris Barish and Julie Mulligan
The food hall is open Sunday through Thursday from11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. and Friday/Saturday from 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
