Sittler is a gambler who worked for Resort World for more than two decades. Tacos El Carbon, a restaurant in the resort, is owned by David Stroj, who has been convicted of operating an illegal bookmaking business and laundering money.

Resorts World and Sibella Stroj are under investigation for breaking their supervised release agreements by gambling in Las Vegas without first obtaining authorization from their probation officers. Sattler claims the restaurant is owned by Stro J, John Paul, Jaime Behar and three other partners.
