MGM Springfield reports $23.6M gambling take in December

SPRINGFIELD — MGM Springfield closed 2023 by generating $23.6 million in gross gambling revenue from slots and table games in December.
That number, reported Tuesday by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, was the largest monthly total since $23.7 million was reported in April 2023. It beat the $21 million reported in November and the $22.5 million reported a year ago in December 2022.
