A Delaware player won $3 million in the Mega Millions on Friday. The jackpot for Tuesday's drawing is estimated $790 million. It's the third largest in MegaMillions history and the fourth largest for a United States lottery. A ticket sold in Tennessee won the jackpots on April 15 and April 22.
