Lotto: Three players share $1 million First Division prize
Three Lotto players will be waking up richer on Sunday morning after sharing the $1 million First Division prize following Saturday's live draw.
The winning First Division tickets were sold at BP Waipawa in Waipawa, Paper Plus North City in Porirua and on MyLotto to a player from Auckland - with each player winning $333,333.
Powerball was not struck on Saturday night and has rolled over to Wednesday night's draw, where the jackpot will be $5 million.
Strike was also not claimed and will be $300,000 on Wednesday night.
Lotto is urging players who bought their tickets in Waipawa, Porirua and Auckland to check their tickets.
"Anyone who bought their ticket from the above stores should check their ticket as soon as possible in-store, online at mylotto.co.nz, or through the Lotto NZ App," Lotto said.
Meanwhile, the Otago Daily Times revealed on Saturday that Lotto has plans for a third weekly draw while also ramping up its online gaming options.
