Montana, Oregon, Colorado, Tennessee, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Virginia, and West Virginia are among them. As of 2021, a few states are considering legalizing online gambling. California is considering a bill to regulate online poker and possible sports betting. New York legalized retail sports gambling and is soon to allow online sportsbetting. Massachusetts has been floating a number of bills in the online gaming field for a while. Connecticut has also been looking into sports bets.
