Las Vegas Strip land sold to developer for $120M
CB Investment SpA bought 10 acres of Las Vegas Strip-front property for $120 million. The buyer is operated by brothers Claudio and Humberto Fischer, who operate the Monticello resort near Santiago, Chile. LVCVA board of directors approved the sale. Proceeds from the deal will finance the renovation of four exhibit halls over a two-year period.
