A Las Vegas man turned $40 into a $10.5 million jackpot on a slot machine at Boyd Gaming’s Cannery Casino & Hotel today, according to a release from the casino.
Jesus, who said he typically plays at Orleans and Gold Coast, decided to try out the Cannery early this morning. After putting $40 into an IGT Megabucks machine, which is known for its large payouts, Jesus lined up the three Megabucks at about 5:30 a.m. to hit the jackpot of $10,488,726, the release stated.
Jesus, who declined to provide his last name, said he planned to buy his mother a house with his winnings.
