Kapsabet-based contractor wins Sh1m Betsafe jackpot
A construction worker based in Kapsabet, Nandi County is the newest millionaire in town after winning Sh1m jackpot from bets placed with online betting firm, Betsafe.
Denis Kipchumba was relaxing with his family at home when he received the good news.
The self-proclaimed football lover says he intends to pump a portion of his windfall earnings into his fledgling business.
“Being a young contractor, I normally have challenges finding equipment, but with this money, I will purchase a concrete mixer and a poker vibrator so that I can maximise my profits,” said Kipchumba while receiving his cheque from Betsafe.
Kipchumba is encouraging Kenyans to give it a shot and see if they too can harvest something out of their predictions.
“I’m planning to play again and win the Supa Jackpot. This is my season and anyone can win, just as I have won,” finished Kipchumba.
Victor Simiyu, acting CEO Betsafe Kenya, congratulated Kipchumba for winning the bonus, and urged Kenyans to take part in the Super Jackpot which offers multiple avenues to a big pay out.
“We are running the Supa Jackpot as one of our products. It is a progressive jackpot that increases week by week, and is now at Sh.103 million,” said Simiyu.
“Although the total jackpot amount is in excess of Sh. 100 million for 17 correct predictions, we give bonuses for players who get 12 or more games correct or all of the matches wrong.
Simiyu said Kipchumba was feted after making 15 correct predictions.
