A Jersey Cash 5 jackpot worth $1,050,680 was won over the weekend with two tickets (one sold in Bergen County) sharing the prize, the New Jersey Lottery announced Monday.
The tickets that matched all five numbers were sold at a Krauszer’s store on Prospect Street in Glen Rock and through a third-party online lottery app, Lotto.com. Each winning ticket gets $525,340 and the retailers will each get a $2,000 bonus check for selling the tickets.
The winning Jersey Cash 5 numbers drawn on Saturday, Nov. 25, were 11, 23, 25, 26 and 45, and the Xtra number was 02.
Another Bergen County lottery player won $10,000 on Friday playing the New Jersey Lottery's Quick Draw game. The winning ticket was purchased at Riverview Liquors & Bar on River Drive in Garfield.
Jersey Cash 5 is a daily lottery draw game from the New Jersey Lottery. Players pick five numbers between 1 and 45 and can add the Xtra for a chance to increase non-jackpot prizes by up to five times. Drawings are held seven days a week at 10:57 p.m.
