Jamul Casino Hosts the RunGood Road Trip in San Diego From Nov. 14-19

RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) will stop at Jamul Casino in San Diego from November 14-19 for one of the last stops on its Road Trip series.

The stop will feature 12 ring events, including a $250 DeepStack with two opening flights and a $25,000 guarantee, as well as a $150 Ladies EventLeague of Nations. It all culminates in the $600 Main Event with three opening flights and a $150,000 guarantee.

The series will be preceded by a week of satellites from Nov. 7-10, with $85 Main Event satellite opportunities every day at 2 p.m. where one in ten players will win a seat. Satellite Week will wrap up on Friday with a $145 Main Event Satellite that guarantees at least five seats for the flagship event.

The RGPS last stopped in San Diego in February and Rafi Azam was the $600 Main Event winner after he outlasted a field of 533 entries to win $52,820 from a total prize pool of $277,160.

This Road Trip stop in America’s Finest City is the final leg before the late-November finale at Thunder Valley in California, and Brian Winter has a near-lock on the Player of the Year race after a dominating season.

Throughout the Road Trip series, Main Event players will compete for a spot in the Dream Seat Invitational at Thunder Valley Resort in November. The winner of the Dream Seat Invitational will be entered into the invitation-only PokerGO Tour Championship in December where they will battle it out with the game’s top players for a $1,000,000 prize pool.

The Rundown

RunGood Week starts on Tuesday, Nov. 14 with a $10,000 guarantee in the $150 Seniors Ring Event at 10 a.m. The $150 Series Opener Ring Event$200 Opening Night Guest Bounty Ring Event at 7 p.m. Players will have the opportunity to score $1,000 cash or RunGood Apparel gift certificates by picking up bounty envelopes from RGPS guests and ambassadors.

Flip and Go opportunities will also be available on demand throughout the week for $160 and players can secure a place in the Day 2 restart on Friday, Nov. 17th at 11 a.m.

The $250 DeepStack kicks off on Wednesday with a $25,000 guarantee and two opening flights that restart on Thursday at 12 p.m. Unlucky players can jump in the $250 One Day Ring Event at 1 p.m. on Thursday instead to play for a $10,000 guarantee, or they can stick around for the $200 Double Green Chip Bounty Ring Event at 6 p.m.

Friday’s events include a $300 PLO Ring Event at 12 p.m. at the first flight of the $600 Main Event at 6 p.m. In addition to satellites throughout the week, players can score a seat in the $145 Main Event Turbo Satellite at 9 a.m. on Saturday. The seat is good for either of the remaining opening flights later that day at 11 a.m. or 6 p.m. All surviving players will return on Sunday at 12 p.m.

Sunday’s closing festivities include the $150 Ladies Event sponsored by League of Nations, as well as a $300 Black Chip Bounty Ring Event at 1 p.m. and a $250 Tag Team Double Ring Closer event at 5 p.m. sponsored by Helix Poker.
